About us

Gemex is a Belgian family business specializing since 1989 on the export of fresh fruit and vegetables, mainly to Germany.

Father, mother, two sons, and eight employees daily guarantee the smooth running of the whole action: sales, quality control, shipment of orders, accounting, administration, etc.

Since February 2016 we have moved into our new building where we brought our offices, warehouses and cold stores all together under one roof.

The products are bought fresh daily at various suppliers and on the Belgian fruit and vegetable auctions and delivered on the same day by our own subsidiary ACF refrigerated transport.

The close location to the large Fruit auctions guarantee the freshest quality, especially in the strawberry season. More than 30 years of experience, reliability, quality, flexibility, good service,  lasting commitment and a heart for the business. This is confirmed by the close and long-term cooperation with our customers.
